almost all vtubers, including the most popular in the world gura, have some history or have been involved with 4chan to some degree if they speak english. you can signal to the memes and the culture without completely comprising your audience with 4channers. Even fucking kiara did a MEMEME joke. bitches like pippa signal so hard to 4ch because they have no talent other than voice pitching (which will break with repeated use, just look at pekora and marine) and making the secret 4chan club feel like they mattered. if you're a pippa fan, you are the stupidest and most easily exploitable type of vtuber fan.

I believe it is referring to the one where Fulgur (correctly) pointed out that Council did not do nearly as well as Myth. The only thing he was wrong about was calling his gen a success as well, as after the discord leak his rep took a substantial hit after a very strong debut. I fully believe that if that leak had never happened nobody here would hate Fulgur as much as they claim to. That said, Noctyx and Council were pretty much in the same ball park when he said that so people getting offended that this lowly niji was numberfagging is ridiculous, especially considering everyone on this stupid fucking board said THE SAME EXACT THING.
