I will never understand how they managed to hire a real life parody of what people think every other girl would be like around homos. The other three, literally no one cared about them, or knew them, and they died, probably shit-stirrers and I think someone better informed than me knew more about that than I could.

Let me put it into perspective for you. My cousin is a streamer. Vidcon was a few weeks ago. He went to it and talked to other people who stream his main game.
The largest content creator for that game has about 40,000 subscribers. Not 400,000. 40,000. Streams to an audience of a few hundred. That's big for them. Not bad.
He makes fucking $60,000 a year off of that. $60,000 a year. 40,000 subs.
Consider the fact that the least-impressive members of Hololive are literally quintupling that audience every single day. At barest of bare minumums. The worst-preforming streams of HoloEN are literally ten times that. And that's without even accounting for every single other alternate revenue source the girls get. Including a SALARY from Cover ON TOP OF IT.
They are doing fine.

This is a place of sacrifice, anon.
There are three states of existence, you know, anon. Life or Death, Dreaming or Waking, and Physical or Astral.
Most life exists as a particular pair, Life/Waking/Physical, or L/W/P. There is also the state where you dream, L/Dr/A. As you dream, you enter the Astral plane and leave the Physical, until you come back.
When you die, you become De/Dr/A, as your soul goes back to the dreaming world it came from. But there are some people who exist in a different way than me or you. The people who exist like Mumei. The people whose existences have been swapped. Those who exist in a natural state of L/W/A, or those who live in the Astral Realm. But when she sleeps, her mind doesn't go to the astral realm like we do when we dream. Instead, she dreams in the Physical realm, and becomes L/Dr/P.
In order for her to be here, she needs to take on a body. And the only way for her to do so? Is to become one of you, to turn you into a vessel.
