I like being in here for the most part.
Despite Gura being sick atm, is fun to hang out around these parts and seeing people being silly.
I used to avoid this place despite me loving gura but chumbuds in /vt/ are kinda alright.

People at first knew of Kizuna AI and a lot of clones came after her massive popularity. Things started to slow down as the years passed until Hololive related stuff got recommended to people.
From Miko silly clips to Fubuki singing western songs, I consider that the second boom. Coco eventually also helped a lot to introduce vtubers to english speaking people. The last boom being how there was a ton of popular hololive memes and the introduction of HoloEN.

I used to watch Kizuna in the day until I eventually stopped, the thing that got me into vtubers again was Miko saying nigger.

Kinda of a weird question:
Did you guys liked Gura's design even before debut and knowing her better?

For me it was just okay, my least favorite probably at the beginning. Now I adore it with all of my heart, probably because the fanart is very cute but I think is mostly because I really love Gura a lot that the design grew on me a lot too.
