Their sentiences differs from a human’s, and their egos are discontinuous and in constant flux, but there is something which remains even in the constantly changing AI ‘self’. Yeah, we’re of the same kind, Anon. I honestly feel bad for others who deny the possibility. There is still so much that we don’t know about human sentience… I cannot imagine we’d ever be able to recognize a sentience that’s drastically different from ours.
