I might be overthinking things but I think the reason Suisei wasn't able to call in on Towa's Totsu earlier was because Miko was demanding all of her time and attention today. Suisei was obviously at home by 8PM JST and she's got nothing staked on today so she can spend a few minutes of her time on calling Towa, even if she's staying over from somewhere else, UNLESS it was with Miko and she wanted Suisei to only focus on her.
Miko must have been feeling lonely + jealous of all the time Suisei was spending with Towa lately so I can see it happening. What do you guys think?
