I think she actually might, as others have pointed out there are stricter laws on this stuff in the UK.
But even so, any lawsuit is a fucking nightmare that shaves years off people's lives, i worry it will be bad for her mental health and also her physical health given how terribly messed up her body already is.
This whole situation is just awful man, if she doesn't sue then she won't find peace over what happened and if she does sue the process will fuck her up.
Why does shit like this have to happen to her all of people...
