Sorry for being a bit autistic but it is not an ASMR mic, it is made to record its surrounding enviroment. But yes it is quite top of the line in that genre but not for many types of ASMR.

So many times when the ASMRtist does something that touches the KU100/3dio then it sounds soooo much like hard plastic (which it is) that it is distracting. You can quite easily build your own 3dio with silicon ears for the fraction of the price of a 3dio and those silicon ears will make better contact sound but vtubers are retarded and cannot build their own computers so how are they going to build their own 3dios.
and also like he said >>38034817 it needs to be set up properly, you need good enough preamps and mixers.
