5. Prohibition of any future posting of nijisanji that aren't collaborating with Hololive in the Hololive Global thread.

6. NijiEN boys will be getting pegged by Kiara and Mori on a daily basis. Also Pomu will have to collab with Kiara atleast once a month.

7.Petra-Anya Global is designated a National Reserve Thread, and no harm is to come to it or the native inhabitants as per US law and regulations
