I'm not on my PC right now, but on webUI it's on the "merge checkpoint" tab. Put all the models you want to use in the "model/stable-diffusion" folder, then refresh the model dropdown list on that tab.
It's all on the site here https://rentry.org/8nxtk , just read the howto and download required models. For general mixing, usually you'd pick weighted sum 0.5 for 50:50 trait distribution (kinda, I am no expert here). And good luck!
