It's too late for any Niji to "win" from this situation. People have already moved on to other chuubas and having them reengage with the roommates is going to be a challenge. That being said, all Elira has to do is:

>Apologize for the black stream
>Throw the company under the bus
>From now on dodge any drama like Rosemi does
And she can restart an indie career - although as I've said people have already disengaged to a point, so a "grand return to PL" for anyone is out of the question. It's now a game of whatever or not going indie is the better long-term strategy. Doki isn't going to start a campaign against her, so as long as she does it in a way that doesn't get Anycolor's lawyers on her ass, she'll be fine. People want Nijisanji to be the big bad guy anyway.
But it might be a moot point anyway, because we don't know if Elira wants to leave Nijisanji in the first place.
