The memory that I was going off tells me that there was a clip from somehwere between late winter and early spring that featured both Chiroru and Okayu talking to each other and Chiroru talked about how much he liked her and that Okayu is such a pleasant person and that she "saved" her.

In all likeliness my mind scrambled memories of Kayoizumi and Chiroru somewhere along the way and this bs memory was the result. It explains the house visits and the "saving" part. Also it wouldn't really make sense for Chiroru to admit that he, as a man, visited Okayu's house anyways, considering the absolute simp rage that would've triggered.
