you cannot change your personality, it is gentically determined and hardcoded if you are already an adult. There is no way to 'fix' or 'improve' how fun you are to be around, how charismatic people find you, it is deeply innate.
You are simply telling people "you are fundamentally unattractive by your nature" every single time you say things like this.

The idea that people can change their personalities like a character having a character arc is literally just not real and you only believe this because television exists.
