Maros go to the email, not twitter DMs. There may be a way to route them to DMs, but since the site is in Japanese, I don't think most EN vtubers would figure it out. I haven't and I can read Japanese moderately. Specifically how it works

>email gets sent with a hyperlink image of that maro
>you can get push notifications sent to your phone
You then can reply to the maro which includes the option to have it autotweet out.
