What if it was Riifu's ongoing connection to this place? Kiki suddenly stopped coming here seemingly out of nowhere but Riifu clearly continued. They probably told them to stop. Maybe Riifu was warned again and again and said something around the time of her suspension that made it very clear she was still visiting these threads. A mod spy probably snitched on her. Would also explain why Eri has a soft spot for Kiki for she just does what she's told. Kilia and Skye seem unfazed by it all and that's probably because they don't come here to even know what all the fuss is about. Riifu cares a lot for the schizo riitards here which would also explain why she was so upset to have that connection taken away from her.
