Last years culls took 25-37% off pretty much everyone.
This current culling takes another 30% again, thats roughly 50% combined.
This is backed up directly by youtube data showing a 29% drop in stream watch hours after the previous culling, which is calculated by average CCV x stream time between Q4 2020 and Q1 2021.
