Anon, that's not remotely true.

Actually, out of all of the active girls that debuted before Council (and Council), there are more girls with more streams than the top HoloEN streamer (Amelia, a surprise for me) than there are HoloEN streamers in total.
All of the Council girls but Baelz are in the bottom half ot the number of streams for the active girls in this list.

That's not why they're criticized tho. You are correct and there are girls that have even fewer streams than the Council girls.
But if you look at this list, ALL of the JP below Fauna are

>Gen 2
except for Nene (which ate a "suspension" for the tracing thing then COVID) and Marine.(which fucked up her voice).

Council got criticized because they failed to perform the exact task they were hired to do

People on the JP side couldn't care less about whether Gens 0, 1 and 2 are stream monsters. They've got Gen 3, 4, 5 and 6 that more than picked up the slack
On the EN side?

Things got EVEN WORSE for Gura and Calli now because the have to carry not only Myth now but the whole branch on her backs (in each of their specialty which are live streaming and song production).
