I have folders for the Chuuba alone with subfolders for reaction images, premium images (for my favorites, the best ones), clips, forbidden images (you know) and sometimes specific folders like for specific interests like Loli versions
For group images, I have separate folders and I try to put images into folders into most specific folders. Okakoro would not go into the Okakoro folder and not Gamers, SMOK or Okfams. Everything I cannot sort because I haven't created a specific folder goes into the misc folder like Miko+Mio images.
