To piggyback off of this, here's a couple articles I found about the efficiency of breast milk production.

tl;dr, breast milk contains about 80% of the calories that it takes for the body to produce it, and one ounce of breast milk contains about 20 calories. Meaning to produce enough milk to feed you 2,000 calories a day, your oshi would have to consume about 2,500 extra calories on top of what she already needs for her base daily intake, and would have to produce about 100 ounces of milk per day. Which is just under 3 liters.
Also, I now have 'efficiency of breast milk production' in my search history, so the feds can have a fun time scratching their heads over that one.
