That's a very nice idea but I feel like it would be very unfair compared to the rest of the world... Maybe if fire breathing made them constantly tired, but still it wouldn't make sense to add that into the lore!! Dragons already have a high enough body temperature to deal with the cold and provide shelter for their young!!!
