Reddit is normalfag site and the complaints about her voice were universal (same as on here). Another comment said
"Then I would watch her in collabs and notice how naturally she fits in with everyone, which made me tolerate her."
And that tracks with my experience as well. When she talks to other people, she doesn't have to play up her character bit and has a more relaxed tone. As people in this thread told you, she has changed from debut, but first impressions stick for a long time. Unironically it's the newer viewers who might have a better impression of her.
