Ruffians, help me with my natto reps. I've known for years it's healthy, but we don't have it in our regular stores, however, there are these tiny asian food markets sprinkled over here and there (I've never visited one).
What types of natto are there (fresh, dried, frozen?), what should I get for the probiotic and K2 benefits? And is there difference in brands or source location or is it all kinda similar? On FWMC morning it was from specific place, which sounded like some High-end natto.
