I want to cook Ember a proper goulash.
-1:1 onions:beef by weight
-cooked from only the toughest & fattiest cuts (shank & tail primarily with some flank)
-Simmered for 6-15 hours
-No thickeners except collagen
-No plant fats
-Served with picrel with pear cider and greenbean salad.
