People need to stop treating phase connect (vtuber agencies in general too) as some kind of professional operation when it's literally just a guy who used some investment money to pay for vtuber models.

Has anyone seen any anime about managers running idol companies (kongming comes to mind); It's always just a fucking dude trying to figure shit out and trying to make his investment not go to waste while he tries to reach his dreams of being successful so he doesn't have to be a wagie.

Any hypothesized policy changes like what we are seeing now are because sakana is just a guy who is scared about money. That should really tell you all you need to know about phase connect.
