If you work from home I also suggest getting very strong lights. What worked for me was a 5 bulb standing light, and I put in LED lights that were close to the rated wattage for the socket. Normally for a 30 watt socket you would expect a 30 watt incandescent lightbulb, and the lumen equivalent LED lightbulb is 5 watt. Instead I would put in a 25 watt LED lightbulb. Turning on all five lightbulbs made the inside of my house feel like daylight. It is very conducive to focus and attention.
