For a healthy person it's as dangerous as going outside in hot weather. Something could certainly happen but the danger is trivial.
Amusing detail: In the 2000s several US politicians such as Chuck Schumer made crusading against Caffeine + Alcohol part of their re-election strategies, which is a big reason why caffeinated alcoholic drinks were demonized/outlawed/nerfed back then.
The main danger is that it makes you feel more sober and in control than you actually are so in groups people are likelier to get up to shenanigans rather than falling asleep or taking a break, but that's what you want in a Zatsudan.
