it's hard, brother. most of the time what people need is a material change in their life, not just reassurance. they need to make enough money ot live comfortably, or to move somewhere better, or what have you. and unless you're an oiler, you don't have that power.

otherwise, it's literally a "DM your oshi" situation. if you really think you have the emotional intelligence and command of language to say something that will help, then that's the best you can do. these kinds of things always have more power when spoken privately, where you can really put your back into it, rather than in public where you have to limit yourself. but if you think she'd be uncomfortable with that, then just continue showing up to streams and being supportive the way you are now.
