They are the check and balance against normalfags and women who want vtubing to be no different than ethottery.
These unicorns LITERALLY run vtubers as a whole, their gachikoi wallets fund it, they decide who is relevant and who is not.
Not even baiting, they are a loud minority but their opinions are pretty important because they are the people we have to thank for many things about vtubing.
