It is YOUR logic that dictates that, if I find some random Brazillian biology textbook that says "Humans have X amount of chromosmes" that that's now part of, and I quote you: "the definition of definiton of that particular dictionary, only with a clause that makes part of the definition not having to be necessarily fulfilled, but that still provides information about the nature of what is being defined and hence contributing to the definition as part of it"

A definition is a statement of the DEFINING attributes of a thing. That's why it's called a DEFINITION. Supplementary information and context are not DEFINING attributes, and therefore are not part of the definition. Even the picture I gave you had the words "exact meaning" in it. Not "meaning with additional context". EXACT.
