Already finished my sandwich, so I'm gonna play this while waiting for them to come back.

It's a metroidvania where you play as a freshly awakened futa being who comes out of her container after a brief intro where some kind of error occurs and you're spammed with a directive about fulfilling your mission.
You are wielding a huge and heavy weapon that serves multiple functions; sword, gun, and movement augmenter. As you progress through the game, your semen meter fills up and once it maxes out, you can fuck downed enemies to release your semen and heal your HP. Enemies can also incapacitate you and rape you because they're all either futas or women, but you have the chance to break out of it although it can serve to fill up your semen meter partially if you let it go on for a bit. Sex traps can also be lying around the map.
The aesthetics are a combination of baroque sexual elements and steampunk. I haven't played Bloodborne, but I feel like this is the dev's take on it, but I may be wrong about that.
