The deadhours fall on like 1 AM through 6 or 7 AM JST, consistently. That's also why euro primetime (2 PM EST?) is so fucked, it's too early for the Americas and too late for east Asia.
See picrel. I picked Berlin because it's roughly central, but Europe has a unique property that opposite side of it is either Hawaii or the south Pacific garbage patch. The Americas and east Asia are opposites, so the situation is less shitty in general.
