>Drinking for fun
Okayu’s never felt the need to drink to make something fun. She’s never been in a situation where she felt she’d be enjoying herself more if she was drinking. She has fun either way.

>Dirty joke
Okayu really wants to tell a joke of Kinnikun’s that made her laugh recently, but she’s worried that people might not want to hear it, because it’s real dirty. She’s not normally into dirty jokes, preferring grade school stuff like poop or pee, but it’s really funny when Kinnikun does it. It was a joke about him asking where his testicles were, and then pointing at his bicep(I don’t know if Kougan was a play-on-words with something else, or if it was just Kinnikun stuff). She still gets nervous talking about stuff like that. Chat says Nekomata Okazu was higher-level than that, but Okayu said it as joke, so it didn’t bother her in the same way

>Sealing “but”
Okayu wants to make it a goal of hers to stop objecting when people compliment her this year. People often pay her nice compliments, but she always tries to belittle or deflect their praise, and she feels like that undermines their feelings. There are a lot of fans who really care for her, so Okayu wants to value their opinions. She’s kind of wants to get an electric prod to zap herself with whenever she starts to argue with a compliment, but she’s really bad with static electricity, so she feels like an actual electric shock will be even worse.

>Busy cat
This week just flew by for Okayu. Between dance lessons, voice training, lots of song recordings, and all the collabs, she’s been very busy, but happy for all these opportunities too. She faintly remembers how stressed she got a couple of months ago, but she’s gotten better at managing it too.

>Stress relief
Okayu realized recently that getting a glimpse of the lives of others helps her let out some stress. Recently, she went to a different salon than usual, because hers was closed, and she really needed her bangs cut. While she sat there, seeing different customers and different workers, she felt oddly excited by the atmosphere. She enjoyed thinking about how this place had been existing long before she ever set foot in there. When she was a kid, talking to her stylist often made her nervous, but she doesn’t have that problem as an adult now. She still thinks of herself as shy around new people, but she now thinks she’d rather find out a bit more about people, instead of just wondering if they’re the same as the impression she gets from them. She gets the same sensation from recording, as they don’t always use the same studio or staff. She swears she’s still shy though, and wonders if she should tell a bit of a demeaning story to prove it.

>Useless Okayu
Okayu was a rather useless child. That is to say, she had rather low self-esteem since she was a child. She thought that there was never anything she could do to be of help to people, so the best thing she could do for somebody in need, was to not trouble them by getting involved. She carried this with her until she got her first part-time job in high school. She would just stand still in her shift, not doing anything. It’s not that she was spacing out, but that she believed her not doing anything was for the best. The mother-figure of the place told Okayu that it was no good, and that she had to work if she wanted to be paid. Okayu was surprised to think that there were actually people here that she could be of help to. Okayu did her best to really learn the job after that, and the store owner praised her later. They said Okayu was really good at understanding people’s needs, and Okayu couldn’t understand the praise. Surely this was some kind of mistake; she couldn’t do her job properly! Her values had been so warped for so long, that she couldn’t process it. She mentioned this too Subaru recently, and Subaru told her she was way too sad of a person. It’s hard for Okayu to reveal her weaknesses to her fans like this. She thinks there might be people who have their impressions of her ruined by her revealing such things. But she feels like doing goes back to that whole challenging herself thing.
