The sad reality is that Youtube actually handle copyright strikes slightly better than Twitch, and we're talking about fucking Youtube here.
On Twitch, DMCA violations are permanent, there's no automated system to dispute those copyright strikes besides sending an email to Twitch that is most likely to get completely ignored and they even don't tell you where, when or what exactly triggered a DMCA violation. The best part is that you can even get a copyright strike on deleted clips and VODs.
On Youtube, copyright strikes disappears after a while, it tells you what was the part of your stream or video that triggered it, and most importantly, there's an automated system to actually dispute them.
