They work using a script that loads the sound file off a separate host site like catbox.moe by reading the filenames. See the url between the [sound=...] part of the image?
The sound is not embedded into the file. They're just webms, gifs, jpg, etc..
You could combine the audio with the webm using the url in the images OR simply download the streamable using something like https://streamabledl.com/

Didn't know they kept the metadata for that. I guess that's good enough for a ballpark estimate of when the stream was.
