Because Shanti has ruined my life, I am thinking of a dark sort of AU where Luca is a mean and evil mafia boss (real) and at some celebration his guys hire a dancer for him, but instead of getting a girl, Shu shows up. He is the proprietor of the escort agency, and at first the lucub mafia are outraged that they'd send their beloved boss a guy -- but Luca, in good spirits and secretly enthralled on some level by this mysterious, ethereal man, tells the guy to give him a show. Thus we get the Shanti routine, and by the end of it, Luca is a goner. He tries to hire Shu for a private aftershow, but Shu just smiles at him and says that he's welcome to come to his office tomorrow if he wants to make a business arrangement...

Don't know where I want it to go from there. Sex, obviously, but in what way? Do I want Shu to drug Luca and get him addicted to the bliss only Shu can provide? Do I want them to come to a less duplicitous relationship whereby Shu generally never engages with clients directly, but he's making an exception for Luca chiefly because he's a good time, as Luca starts to want more? There are so many options.

I don't particularly ship Shuca, I just think Luca's lore pairs well with an AU where Shu is the proprietor of an escort service/drug-and-human-trafficking ring.
