the main problem with that DA look is that almost always is pople doing stuff without knowing how do they work or use it properly, in your case you are mixing a lot of stuff that is common in anime style which they are good when done correctly, like the lights on the skin which is not possible irl but it works when the the whole drawing is done on simple coloring like flats/cell shading, for example in my pic it looks off cuz the rendering in my clothes is kinda realisitic so i doesnt match up, you drew these higlights on the blush which is retarded on itself but the point of these lights are to be placed on parts of the body with major exposure to the source of light and this depending of the angle of the surface they hit can create different gradients, this can be kept simple by just using lights on major points of exposure to the source of ligh rather than puntting one gorillian all over the place specially if they have the same intensity because like a mentioned before light tones wont be same otherwise it looks like a mess , the shading of the inner part of her hair should be darker but they have the same tone as the top of her head which should be lighter and most of the shading looks random like they don't follow a coherent form , the shading on the skin doesnt go well with the lights, hell you even high lighted her whole clavicle they look like metal sticks kek, even her feets. Dont get me wrong i don't meant to say that your work should be perferct but rather just follow the basics which a lot of begginers miss it which is normal they just started, but sometimes they overly do some stuff and looks funny at least to me like DA drawings.

i think you are trying to integrate too many different things in your style at once, is a good think to be original instead of copying someone but sometimes is better lo learn from other people mistakes, so see what worked for them, and learn from that.
