Garden of Sinners has a fairly easy to understand plot as long as you know you're watching it out of order. I've had my normie friends watch Concrete Revolutio and they loved it.

I have no clue who you're talking about I don't watch anitubers. Araki is literally the micheal bay of anime. His usage of early 3D tech and his solid uses of it for the sake of just batshit action scenes in Kurozuka were mind blowing in 2008. The man is extremely good at what he does and normies don't appreciate the "tastes of a 14 year old boy" kino just like with Micheal Bay. Micheal Bay movies are often great but people just don't get it unironically.
