Hello liggermen I hope all is well. It's that time of the month where we look at the total CCV of the previous month for our top 20. Lets start with the controversial choice I have made towards a major disqualification: I have made the decision to remove Onigiri from consideration from the rankings for the foreseeable future. When looking to see what her various streams were, I looked back for the last 60 days and realized that in that 2 month period she has only vtubed 5 times total out of 36 streams. Not hating on her, it's her content and her switching to more IRL styled content is working for her specific, however I will no longer track her numbers for this specific reason until I see evidence she is Vtubing a significant portion of the time going forward. With all that said, lets get to the numbers.

Notes:
>Neuro, Shylily, and Bao all have taken significant numbers hits month to month, however in each case there was an event stream associated with the previous month, so this is a likely a correction back to norm for these three.
>For the third month in a row Shotou has broken 4k and has had positive viewership growth, with his low being about 3.5k ccv back in December. My current guess with the timing of everything is that with many people becoming disillusioned with Nijisanji vtubers, many people who were lapsed shotou fans that ran to luxiem are currently moving back to him. I doubt he'll ever see his 10k monthly CCV days back, but it's safe to assume he'll probably live comfortably in this 4-5k ccv threshold.
>Quinn Benet Debuted as an Indie and despite hitting a 7k debut stream he is now down to 1,394 ccv for the month and trending downward, having barely broken 1k the last few streams. He looks like he will be probably living in 500 CCV town, which is admittedly good for a male vtuber, but not anywhere near shotou/Aethel numbers.
>The major mover up the charts this month is Olivia Monroe, hitting 1,943 CCV for the month and a whopping 43% viewership increase (a total of 586 ccv from month to month). This has been a big topic of conversation as to the meteoric rise of Oli, and I have taken a look into the numbers as a vocal minority seem to believe she was botting. Looking at the peak stream views, she hits her maximum viewership for stream somewhere around the 45-1 hour mark, which for vtubers of the 2K+ threshold is incredibly common: you hit peak viewership within an hour or so and fluctuate depending on raids. Typically when we see an abnormal viewership situation that leads to suspicion of botting, the botter hits their peak viewership threshold within 5-10 minutes with basically no fluctuation whatosever. She was also hitting a little bit under her usual numbers when streaming outside of her timeslot, which if someone was a big enough numbersfag to bot, they would just bot ALL their streams, not just some of them. Additionally, looking at Oli's current sub numbers, they are more or less in line with contemporaries such as Bao and Juniper. Digging into all of this I have found a potential reason as to why Olivia has suddenly found viewers though: Olivia has always streamed head-to-head timeslot wise against Girl_DM, who spent the majority of this month on vacation. They have both also marketed themselves as pg-13 streamers, making them appealing choices to similar demographics, so despite polar opposite personalities, they aimed for the same market share. With DM constantly taking time off, that viewership share that would normally be watching DM moved elsewhere. On top of that several Euro streamers who often overlapped Oli have graduated, making a perfect storm of free viewership in an open timeslot looking for a place to go, and by the looks of it, Oli was the beneficiary.
>Grimmi was up notably 23% from last month at 1,167 ccv, a 225 ccv increase. Most of the community outside of the top 20 were more or less at their current averages for the last few months.

Hell my liggas, it's that time of the month were we look at our top 20 Liggers in CCV for the last month. As usual the numbers are based on Twitchtracker monthly stats and requires at least 3 streams in that month. Happy to report that for the first time in several months there are no disqualifications due too few streams. Good job everyone, you hit the bare minimum. Outside of that, Aethel did get hit with the disqualification this month because his streams were about 50/50 flesh and vtubing. Now lets look at the numbers.

Notes:

>Overall, the average viewership of most liggers either grew or stayed about the same within a margin of +4% to -4% across the board, and that includes the smaller/mid sized liggers as well. This trend was also scene during the holidays last year where most vtubers maintained a steady viewership post October until the end of January when everyone's numbers traditionally tends to dip.
>The most notable ups are OniGiri and Cottontail, who both had huge viewership spikes for similar reasons: they both did a lot of big name collabs and event streams which excited people and brought in viewership. Vei was up a very solid 16% on the back of her crippling WoW addiction and deep involvement in OnlyFangs OTK arc, while shylily is up 14% mostly because she's gotten back to streaming consistently 4 days a week.
>Outside of the top 20, Lucy had a massive viewership bump to 1,619 ccv, a whopping 34% (400 viewers or so) increase. Limes is also on the rise with a 1,507 ccv at a 11% viewership increase
>Our biggest drop on the list is Silvervale who was down 27%, and out of curiosity I dug into her recent streams and I think I found the culprit: Lately she's been playing ark and after she's done with her chatting segments her viewership nopes the fuck out the minute they see Dinosaur game. Her numbers will probably correct when she hyperfixates on something else for a while.
>The other notable down is actually a ligger who fell out of the top 20: Chibidoki, a traditionally evergreen and consistent ligger. She's down a little over 10% at 1,678, which is nearly 200 ccv down from her norm. She's been slowly dipping since August but this has been the steepest one so far. She didn't do anything dramatically different, so There is a possibility people are just starting to get bored of her act.
>Although I disqualified him, I did want to bring up a trend involving lord Aethelstan: Over the last 3 months, he has been losing viewership. currently at 2,146 ccv for the last 3 months, he's actually lost 437 ccv over that span and if you go back to last summer (august), he's lost 800 ccv since then. I can't finger a specific thing he's doing wrong, however I am suspecting it's his hybrid vtuber/flesh format. He might need to consider choosing one or the other, because clearly the trading off isn't working anymore.
>Juniper's numbers were basically the same as last month, and that includes the face reveal stream. More or less means Juniper has about 1.2k-1.5k ride or die fans who are there for her regardless, so good for her.

A small change this month: I decided to shorten the amount of streams required to 3 minimum after last month's 7 causing 5+ disqualifications. While 3 isn't perfect, I feel like it gives more leeway to if people are sick/took vacations/ect. With this new change, Aethel is the only major disqualification due to a large percentage of his streams being flesh streams.

NOTES:

Overall we have more ups and downs, as well as a lot of the big names flip flopping but more or less staying the same spots. That said, some of the ups are massive. Sinder continues to barrel her way to the top of the lig charts, as she has been doing for the last 3 months. Amalee has gained some massive momentum recently with almost 500 more viewers than she typically gets. A lot of this can be chalked up to her collab with Nerissa from Hololive, the two of them share similar audiences and it was a perfect exposure point for her. Fefe is listed as a large up this month and her numbers are always controversial because many of us suspect her of botting, however I will give her the benefit of the doubt to some extent this month because she had several collabs on her channel. I'll be keeping an eye on this situation month to month.

For downs, the notable ones are Jaiden, who is starting to have the wind come out of her sails now she isn't using SMP Minecraft servers as a number crutch. Expect her to be somewhere in the 2000-3000 range in the future. The other major loss is someone that isn't on this list: Saruei. She's usually a good 2k average now but over the last month she hit 1,582 ccv, a whopping -645 ccv/29% viewership drop. Looking at her chart for the month, the culprit was the lies of P streams. They were far below her usual numbers and since she only streamed about 8 days last month, those were enough to tank the whole thing. Hopefully once she gets better next month will be a return to normalcy. Buffpup is also a notable down. Buff is this weird situation now where some months they absolutely slay it in numbers and others they are very middle of the pack. She does stay in about the same 2.4k-3.1k range, but I've just noticed she has some of the wildest fluctuations possible month to month, usually with no good explanation.

Other notable ligger notes for the month: Coqui (800 ccv), Meat (837 ccv), Callie Calico (277 ccv) and Olivia (925 ccv) all up by 15% or more. A lot of this was the decision to pool together their already overlapping audience with 3am, but it is 100% worth mentioning that they were huge benefactors to people being gone at twitch con. I don't know if the growth will stick around to this degree but I think a safe bet is they will be consistently between 600-1k going foward with variance from month to month. Other notable names that are up: Mint (357 ccv), Camila (1,426 ccv), Grimmi (470 ccv), Hina (463 ccv), Sleepy Project (250 ccv), and Lyra (198 ccv). Seems like October was a good month for most outside the top 20.
