It's so easy to get stuck in a negative feedback loop of feeling bad then worse and worse and worse. Take that loop and make it positive. Gura makes her shrimp happy, her shrimp make her happy, we all saw that exact thing happen tonight. Take that happiness and spread it to others, like an anon said last thread they don't need to know where it's coming from.
