It's only natural for men to compete whenever a woman enters the equation. Competition is literally in our blood, from sports to artistic achievements to charisma. It's only natural for me to be annoyed when I see another guy making a high status female laugh. I can't do anything about it, which is why Hololive was a safe haven where I could forget the hyper competitive nature of our society and just enjoy some female company, a virtual hostess club. Adding other dudes to the equation surely doesn't improve the experience.
Of course, this would be different if I had genuine sympathy or respect for a dude, I would obviously root for him. But the blue gay korean and the old boomer fart are far from virtuous individuals, they are slimy success chasers and I never saw any spark of brilliance in them. No charisma, no talent, not even trying to assert their freedom and speak their mind. Just two opportunists starved for success and female attention.
I hope Hololive EN will reconsider their decision to allow crossgender collabs. Otherwise I'll have to say my goodbyes and find another hobby to relax my nerves.
