A rapper vtuber could absolutely be massive if done well, I can see something like picrel translating perfectly into vtubing.
They just need a good fitting model and especially a great kayfabe. No goofy retarded shit and no RM shilling (unless she's really hot).
That's it, this is a goldmine and doesn't even require great songwriting.
