-First make sure you've got the Better Repack version. Without it you'll be missing a shitload of mods and maps + cards won't load properly.
-Then make sure you've got all the cards in the proper location. root folder -> userdata -> chara for cards, while scene data like that goes in userdata -> studio -> scene
-Then just launch studio and go to load scene and it'll be there in the folder to load. You can also just launch studio and drag and drop the image file directly into it to open the scene, but it's better to know how to do it properly instead of the way most people will do it for testing purposes and whatever
-You can swap characters by clicking them in the workspace on the right and going to add -> girls (or boys if it's a male) then select the card and hit change character.
