Yeah, most. But this area is in the South right near an extremely busy port on the East Coast. Lot of activity. Just recently this was posted on FB by a concerned citizen, saying it was a young Hispanic woman in the back of a shitty box truck being driven by two black guys. Notice the fingers. It was reported to cops, cops tracked down the truck, then reported to the public that everything is fine and not to worry. Looks worrying to me
