I actually like /vt/ for its passion, memes, and rrats, it leaks too much and has too many tourists but it is a fun place insular from the broader web. If it wasn't for /vt/ I wouldn't watch vtubers at all or nearly as long as I did from back in the /jp/ days. But its the last bonfire I feel, net culture is fading to nothing.

I feel differently actually, when you are pining after a single vtuber who doesn't do kayfabe, it just feels a bit silly, a bit pathetic, Fuwamoco are two people, and doing kayfabe, and clearly outlined they are here to be idols first and foremost so I feel absolutely no shame supporting them publicly and financially.
