This message was on the Council debut announcement thing, so is a callback from that.

As to what it means? I don't think it has to do with the vtubing culture but more so talking about Council's lore than anything that deep really, since they are these personas of Gods that have been there since ever or something like that.

I noticed a huge influx of korean comments in the EN streams, I bet Kronii introduced them to Hololive and being huge fans of EN especially.
