i usually use the default patchy (cvnka's channel) as a "pent-up stress/unnerved", but i agree its use as a strain of emotes would at best be an oshi-mark kind of thing where you could represent your fave chuuba with their patchy, but that's just me pipedreaming and not actually trying to market them as that. i'm extremely flattered by anyone that uploads it as an emote or a pfp or a prop for an overlay, but so long as people still like to get them i don't mind how or if they use em
