Particularly I think what she is doing is a good idea. If she is willingly to take the risk in her own experiments, that means others can jump into it if it works or forget if she fails.

It now makes perfect sense why management is supporting her decisions.

You guys are far too much accustomed with this comfort zone. You should be congratulating her decision for thinking outside the box and trying to expand the stagnant vtuber meta instead of attacking her.
