Depends, generally not significantly if you are just slightly changing couple of the front tags but the further the tag is from the beginning the less strength it will have.

If I remember right the tagger was trained on a dataset before the outfit tags were added, I think there is a newer version of the tagger but I haven't used it yet. I would just tag them how this guy does it
