For actual fulfillment, a human life, meaningfulness? Hell no.
Financial stability and entertainment alone are on the level of a non-human robot, an alien, something inhuman. Most anyone living a life of that sort can attest to it. There's no true satisfaction to be found in it. Just day after day of waiting to die, with nothing more and nothing of value in any of it.
Life of that sort is barely worth living. It's just an endless series of distractions trying to avoid facing the music and the pain involved. An alienated existence not meant for our species.
