Gura can still serve as the placeholder for the EN market just to headhunt potential streamers but the quality check has been so bad that streamers like Sana and Mumei get the pass. I felt that Kronii should have entered HoloKR, she could have easily made bigger waves there as she did for HoloEN. The rest of the EN seems to be doing great money wise except for Mori slacking off.
HoloID seems the "closest" in terms of generating market share, see supachat monthly. They should learn from Kaela to learn how to make indos dono, making 3 times to 18 times as much as the rest, comparable to JP second /third armies.
HoloJP, the key is to improve the bottom line and strengthen the holobox. Niji doesn't suffer penalties from graduation as much as Hololive. The last thing we need is more graduations hurting the holobox. Support the lower-tier streamers without proper cliques like Roboco,Mel, Shion.
The best market to open a new branch by far has to be in HoloTW. Because the chinese market is dominated by way more men as compared to any other markets, find out the needs and taste before debuting a new gen rather than shilling so hard because we all know why people like Gura and Kobo. No, it's not luck.If you are making a new Gura or Kobo, make sure the rm fit the avatar. HoloKR is probably at most 1-2gens compared to HoloTW probably able to hold up to 8 gens.
HoloID is a big no due to the cultural aspect of most Indians.
