I think it's a schizophrenic set up so if she gets into an actual yab they can go "ZAION 2 CONFIRMED" or use her to concern post when the more sane people in thread realized it was literally fun and games. The Anti-Vanta to Vanta that one anon was describing earlier is more accurate. It's an absurdist kind of comedic taste, the same kind employed by Whitest Kids You Know, Monty Python and similar to being the Boke in Japanese Boke and Tsukkomi. We like a little funposting here

Ngl but if I was a Victorian peasant lady, Gascoigne would be a hell of a catch minus the whole werewolf from alien blood thing, and be worthy of the title of Daddy

The most pragmatic answers I can think of are it's easier on the artists to only have to render one "faction", giving their soldiers similar models, and for player clarity because it's easier to identify who is an enemy via silhouette or just through the "one faction" kinda look. The former makes sense from a resources perspective, the latter is because game devs have had a long history of testing the average intelligence of their target audience. Skyrim used to have harder puzzles but after QA testing happened people were too dumb to figure them out so we got the rotate picture match baby puzzles instead.

In actuality these days it's easy to get both sliced cheese and whole cheese like wheels, you can just find the nearest deli or supermarket with a deli. But there's a lot of cheese culture in Europe too. Like when I went to Holland, there were entire stores that were just cheese wheels. You don't see that in most of America.
